- Replacement parts for four shot peen machines at the Corpus Christi Army Depot(CCAD) for a period of one year. Parts will be purchased on an as required basis. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Progressive Technologies Inc., the original equipment manufacturer. Solicitation to be issued on or about 26 April 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date/time will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government.
