Description

RECOVERY DESCRIPTION: The intent of this project includes architectural and services/utility components at the site, including but not limited to: foundation repair or replacement, bringing utilities up to code, replacement of fixtures as needed, replacement of board and batten siding, floor repair, window fixture repair/replacement. The purpose of this proposed project is to repair and rehabilitate an historic property. This facility is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. The benefits of this project are protection, preservation, and interpretation of a histroic facility; the reversal of structural deterioration; accessibility for persons with disabilities; and protection of public health and safety in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Eagle River-Florence Ranger District, Florence County, Wisconsin. PROJECT LOCATION: From Eagle River, Wisconsin, take State Highway 70 east toward Florence for approximately 37 miles. Take Forest Road 2450 (Lost Lake Road) south for approximately 4 miles. Look for sign “Lost Lake Cabins”. Set a-side determination will be made at time of solicitation Posting. Recovery: This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA). ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR/ORCA) PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT, HTTP:://WWW.CCR.GOV
