- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis the following items: quantity 2 Ranger HRC-S Multisensor Systems PN 614006699/221NNN, quantity 2 JPC2 TASS PN 614005412/021, quantity 2 System Cables Short PN 614005888, quantity 2 System Cables, 45m PN 1196215/450, quantity 2 Power Supplies PN 194684, quantity 2 Power Cables 3m PN 194628, quantity 2 Joystick Control Units PN 194783, quantity 2 JCU Cables 3m PN 194612, quantity 2 Junction Boxes PN 194782 and quantity 2 Tripods with adapter and case PN G007288 from Flir Systems, Inc. 25 Esquire Rd. North Billerica, MA 01862. Brand name or equal is not acceptable as Flir Systems Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of the only multisensor system with the field of view necessary to meet the Government's technical needs. Delivery shall be received 90 days after the date of the contract. FOB Destination to Virginia Beach Virginia applies. This synopsis will close on __07 May 2010__ at 12:00 noon ET.
