- Please see attached Request for Quote The General Services Administration intends to award a sole source contract to Modular Space Corporation for the purchase of modular office space located at Fort Hood, TX. This purchase will be made under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is on or about May 31, 2010. This notice is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation of quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within in the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of whether to conduct future competitive procurements. Please see attached Request for Quote for additional details.
