Attachments added before 16 Dec have old and inaccurate information.*** REQUEST FOR QUOTE FA6670-10-Q-0007 914th Airlift Wing Niagara Falls, Air Reserve Station Niagara Falls, NY 14304 AES, ASTS, OG, CC ROOM, CSA, MEO, SARC, PA, LRS, SFS, MXG FURNITURE 23 November 2009 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA6670-10-Q-0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial item or equal requirement is 442110 with a small business size standard of $7M. This request is in support of AES, ASTS, OG, CC ROOM, CSA, MEO, SARC, PA, LRS, SFS, MXG; at the 914th Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Delivery is FOB Destination. FOB Destination shall be Niagara Falls ARS, NY 14304. The evaluation factors that will be used to determine by lowest price, responsive / responsible offeror. Site visit will be held on 2 December 2009 at 1 p.m. (EST). The closing date for this solicitation is extended to 5 p.m. on 21 December 2009 (EST). Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their quote has been received and is legible. Submit quote to mary.pyle@niagarafalls.af.mil This is a competitive commercial acquisition for the award of 1 to 11 firm fixed price contracts to deliver and install freestanding furniture and modular systems furniture. The Government reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards or to make no award. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. For quote to be considered the Offeror will prepare & submit a proposal section on the attached price sheets. Objective: Furniture Purchase to include installation Statement of Need: Purchase of Furniture with installation for 11, (AES, ASTS, OG, CC ROOM, CSA, MEO, SARC, PA, LRS, SFS, MXG), different divisions. Purchase of Furniture with installation: The Offeror shall be responsible to provide labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and disposal of any debris associated in order to furnish and install new furniture. Contractor shall submit materials for approval with RFQ proposal. At a minimum, submittals shall include product literature, MSDS, standard color, texture, fabric and style samples. For quote to be considered the Offeror will prepare and submit a proposal on the attached price sheets. All items on price sheet must be filled out to be considered for each division. You do not have to bid on all 11 divisions, but you must bid on all SUB CLINS within a SINGLE division for quote to be considered. Base work hours are 7:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and base closures due to inclement weather.
