Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment spare parts applicable to the C-130 and HH-60 Aircraft using other than full and open competition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated with a basic ordering period of 12 months and three 12 month option ordering periods. Estimated quantities are as follows: Basic Ordering Period NSN: 7025-01-492-4335SO, P/N 65000-02, Data Transfer System, 19 EA. Option "1" Ordering Period NSN: 7025-01-492-4335SO, P/N 65000-02, Data Transfer System, 1-25 EA. Option "2" Ordering Period NSN: 7025-01-492-4335SO, P/N 65000-02, Data Transfer System, 1-25 EA. Option "3" Ordering Period NSN: 7025-01-492-4335SO, P/N 65000-02, Data Transfer System, 1-25 EA. Required delivery: 30 Nov 2010. Solicitation will be sole source to Teledyne Technologies, Inc., Teledyne Controls Division, 501 Continental Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245-5036 (CAGE 98571) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Place of anticipated performance will be the same. Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity.
