Description

RECOVERY: FURNISH AND INSTALL DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL (DDC) SYSTEM, Henry Koen Federal Building, Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, Russellville, AR FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Forest Service, Economic Recovery Operations Center – East, contemplates issuing Solicitation No. AG-4419-S-10-0645 in anticipation of award of a firm-fixed price contract to Furnish and Install a Direct Digital Control System (DDS), Henry Koen Federal building, Ozark-St. Francis National Forests. Only contractors who have been awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for construction on the Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, will be permitted to submit offers. The Product Service code is Z152. The NACIS Code is 238220 The Small Business Size Standard is $14 Million. DESCRIPTION: The successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to furnish and install a direct digital control (DDC) system capable of monitoring the thermal comfort, lighting use, and energy use of the entire building. The system shall provide building scheduling services, and access for the facility manager through an onsite workstation and through a remote access web interface.
