- 5 th Annual National Safety Symposium - Special Notice The General Services Administration (GSA) Fleet along with the National Capital Region (NCR) Public Building Services will host the 5 th annual National Safety Symposium on September 9, 2010, at the Renaissance Hotel, 999 9 th Street NW, Washington DC, 8 am until 4 pm. The purpose of this event is to heighten federal employee awareness regarding safety and health concerns. The symposium is free of charge, and we expect at least 500 federal employees to attend. A special section at the symposium will be set aside for approximately 75 exhibitors. Exhibitors will be provided a 6' table, chair and wastebasket at no cost. The hotel will charge exhibitors a minimal fee for electricity and internet access. Technical and awareness level training will be provided to federal employees throughout the day. Exhibitors who are interested in participating at the symposium should contact Ms. Emily Gartland at emily.gartland@gsa.gov by June 15, 2010. Please provide information on what your firm offers in regards to safety products or services training.
