Description

REPAIR: This acquisition is to add one repair NSN/PN to an existing IDIQ contract (Contract# F09603-03-D-0001) for calendar years 2010, 2011 and 2012. It is applicable to the APX-124 system. The repair item is: NSN: 5840-01-567-5716 CY, Noun: Transponder, Radar, P/N 1072925G-2, Quantity: Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 40 ea for CY 2010, 73 ea for CY 2011 and 106 ea for CY 2012. The proposed contract action is sole source to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc, Cage Code: 80249 under statutory authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date is 12-May-2010.
