- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN. The FSC of this requirement is: 2930. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is Unrestricted with Other Than Full & Open competition. Small Business Size Standard is 750 for NAICS 336399. The solicitation will be available on May 12, 2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Drawings/specifications will be available thru the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link on the solicitation date. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Items will not be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
