- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis: The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to solicit offers for the maintenance of Tandberg Video Conferencing Terminal (VTC) equipment ulitized by US Army North and deployable vehicles. A subscription for a maintenance contract is required to repair 83 VTC units as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and to keep the operating systems to the latest versions. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $25 million. This acquisition will be a competitive 100% Small Business. The Government anticipates a contract length of 12 month base period and One (1) year option period. The solicitation will be issued as a request for quote. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors are required to check the above websites daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. Hard/paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
