Description
Ultra Supercritical Autoclave Control System Per the Attached Procurement Specification Document (Attachment #1) and the Attached Design Drawings (Attachment #2). NOTICE: All Technical Questions Concerning This Requirement Should be Directed to Mr. Gordon Holcomb at 541-967-5874. NOTICE: Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their Request for Quotation (RFQ SF-18) or proposal(s) via the FEDCONNECT.NET portal at www.fedconnect.net. Request for Quotation (RFQ SF-18) or proposal(s) shall also be accepted via email. Vendors may email their RFQs or proposal(s) to the Purchasing Agent assigned to this requirement, who is Lora Stumpf (412-386-4675), email address lora.stumpf@netl.doe.gov. EVALUATION: The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. An award shall be made to the responsible offeror submitting a technically acceptable quote and offering the lowest evaluated price. All responses to this RFQ must contain a detailed proposal addressing all items, including personnel qualifications, as described in the procurement specification document. Offerors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities, and warranty data. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision as it compares to the minimum characteristics provided herein. Therefore, it is essential that offerors provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Compliance will be determined by the offeror's p rovision of literature showing performance capabilities or through written narrative discussing the points not covered by the published literature.
