- Question and Answer Amendment 1: This combined synopsis and solicitation is being amended to reflect site visit and solicitation response date. Interested parties are welcome to attend a one-day site which will be held on 29 April 2010 at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) at building 760, Dover Air Force Base. If you are interested in attending the site visit, send the full names of all the attendees to Stephanie Smith at the referenced email address below. You must submit the names to Mrs. Smith no later than 12 noon on 28 April 2010. Please include a cell phone number for a cell phone that will be carried on the site visit date.
