- Attachment A RFQ pages 3-28 SF1449 Cover Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for Training Services. The attached documents contain a detailed description of the requirement as well as instructions to offerors and evaluation procedures. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
