The resulting award has a potential to have "Open Market" attributes. To be specific the FSS of the vendor to be selected as a result of RFQ: 453294 expires prior to the end of the PoP. In the event that the vendors FSS is not renewed as expected, the resulting award will be re-configured as an Open Market Award.
