- Description
- NASA/ARC is hereby soliciting information about potential sources for electricalrenovations in Building N233. The work includes removal and replacement of mediumvoltage breakers, cable, transformers, and distribution and panel board. Provide newgrounding systems, EPO systems, and temporary power sources. Install new relays andpower monitoring devises as pre-purchased by the Government. The relays will be pre-setby the Government prior to installation. Provide all painting, labeling, and signage asrequired to complete the work.Construction must be planned and executed to providereliable temporary power arrangements, including a mobile generator. Provide a 13.8KVground fault detector, an ATS protected shield, a new 275KVA UPS and 250KVA PDU system,and a new in-space air conditioning unit (ISU #16). All workers on this project mustgain security clearance prior to entering the facility. Period of performance isapproximately 365 calendar days. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and$5,000,000.No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If asolicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA AcquisitionInternet Service. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor these sitesfor the release of any solicitation or synopsis.Large and Small Businesses may respond with only a letter of interest.8(a), HUBZone,and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses must respond with the following: nameand address of firm, size of business; average annual revenue for past 3 years and numberof employees; ownership; whether they are 8(a), HUBZone, and/or Service Disabled VeteranOwned Businesses; number of years in business; affiliate information: parent company,joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, list of customers covering the pastfive years (highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollarvalue of each procurement; performance evaluation rating, owner'spoint of contact -address and phone number), and bonding limitations per prjoect and aggregate.
