- Wyoming Wage Determination North Dakota Wage Determination Statement of Work Solicitation Document This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for providing labor and materials to modify and repair the fresh air intake ducts at the National Weather Service, (NWS) Weather Forecast Offices (WFO) in Bismarck, ND; Cheyenne, WY; and Riverton, WY. The Government may award multiple contracts from this solicitation with one award to each weather forecast office or one award for all weather forecast offices. Local vendors desired. All interested vendors are urged and encouraged to visit the site where the work will be performed. Please make sure to follow the instructions listed on page 2 and 3 of the solicitation document. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this action is 238220. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). For additional information and to register in CCR, please access the following website: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with CCR and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. The government encourages all contractors to submit their Representations and Certifications on-line Business Partner Network (BPN) at https://orca.bpn.gov. The BPN is the single source for vendor data for the federal government. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in CCR.
