- This is a request for quotation under N66001-10-T-5799 for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12,Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified AcquisitionProcedures. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is326199, Business Size - 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effectthroughFederal Acquisition Circular 2005-40 (22 Apr 2010) and Class deviation2009.O009 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS),08 Apr 2010). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar withtheapplicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text atwww.farsite.hill.af.mil. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed pricepurchase order to the technically acceptable lowest bidder. Please note: Delivery dates shown on RFQ are estimated.
