Description

II. This is modification # 4 to contract F09CC00432. The purpose is increase the funding for additional services in performance of repairing the bridges at the National Zoological Park SI Project # 0933108. III. The Contractor shall perform all the duties outlined in the attached SI revised Scopes of Work letters dated March 18, 19 and April 6 and the contractor's letters of proposal dated April 1, 2, and 7, 2010 respectively. The changes are as follows: PCN # 20, Additional Crack injection at Bridge # 1- $17,359.13 PCN # 21, Additional Full Depth Deck Repairs at Bridge # 3- $16,841.20 PCN # 22, Bridge # # railing modification for Bottom Bar- $13,999.70 PCN # 23, Acceleration for Bridge # 3 Deck Repairs- $82,668.39. In addition to the additional work listed above, the completion date for this contract has been extended 14 days to August 14, 2010. The total fixed price of these changes is $130,868.42 increasing the total value of this contract from $1,494,965.52 to $1,625,833.94
