- THIIS SOLICITATION WAS INITIALLY POSTED AS AG-43ZP-S-10-0006. The USDA will soon be soliciting for two (2) custom built wild land firefighting vehicle bodies to be mounted on government provided chassis for a Type 6 Fire Apparatus Model 643P. The completed apparatus described in the specification shall be compliant with the requirement of NFPA 1906, lastest editiion, except where noted. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment supplies, and materials necessary for the chassis, electrical wiring, platform body assemby and mounting. This is a commercial item acquisition. The solicitcation shall be posted on April 30, 2010.
