Description

Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (DBA) Denro Systems, 7055 Troy Hill Drive, Ste 400, Elkridge, MD 21075-7046 under authority of FAR 6.302.1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement; however, THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination, by the Government, to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is to provide a Denro Small Digital Voice Switch (SDVS) which will update the Denro Small Tower Voice Switch (STVS) 'Analog' system technology currently being used by Camp Lejeune Range Control. Interested parties must submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 10:00 AM (EDST) on 17 May 2010 by email to doreen.rook@usmc.mil or facsimile to (910) 451-2332. If no response is received by 17 May 2010, an award will be made to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (DBA) Denro Systems. See Numbered Note 22.
