Description

RECOVERY: PROVIDE AND INSTALL A DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL (DDC) SYSTEM, Henry Koen Federal Building, Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, Russellville, AR FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Forest Service, Economic Recovery Operations Center – East, contemplates issuing Solicitation No. AG-4419-S-10-0698 in anticipation of award of a firm-fixed price task order to Provide and Install a Direct Digital Control (DDC) System in the historic Henry Koen Federal Building, Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, Russellville, AR. Only vendors who have been awarded contracts under GSA Federal Supply Schedule, 03FAC – Facilities Maintenance and Management, will be permitted to submit offers. The Product Service Code is Z111. The NACIS Code is 238220. This requirement is unrestricted. DESCRIPTION: The successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide and install a direct digital control (DDC) system which will provide energy use tracking of HVAC and lighting systems. The system must integrate with the DDC system in the recent addition to the Koen Building.
