Description

AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 8 office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide all Labor, Equipment, and Supplies/Materials necessary for the construction of drainage improvements along Millar Ranch Road. All work to be performed shall be at the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge in Jamul, California-San Diego County. This project 100% funded by ARRA funds. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a "best value" source selection (evaluation) process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101. The criteria that must be met shall be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation no. 80181RQ326 to include all attachments will be made available by May 06, 2010 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date will be June 8, 2010 (approximate) at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov. Estimated Period of Performance is 60 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed for completion date of project. NOTE: Award shall be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, FAR Subpart 19.10.
