VA-241-RP-0332 PROJECT 631-08-106 BoilerNAICS: 236210 $33.5 SET A SIDE: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES LOCATION: VAMC, 421 N. MAIN ST., LEEDS, MA 01053 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with the Public Law 109-461, Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006. Contractor must be registered in Vetbiz database and Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for award. VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 Both performance and payment bonds will be required. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of portions of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Centralized Boiler System Replacement VAMC Northampton, MA, VA Project No. 631-08-106 as required by drawings and specifications.
