T he information will be made available to the public as required by Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Award of a contract is contingent upon receipt of ARRA funding. Small Business Set-Aside: Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business concern. Small business concern means a concern, owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the size standards in this solicitation in accordance with the standards set forth by the United States Small Business Administration. Atterbury Job Corps Center is a federally funded Education and Vocational Training Program that provides services to approximately 550 students between the ages of sixteen (16) and twenty-four (24). Bidder's Instructions: Bidder must attend pre-bid conference scheduled for May 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The successful bidder will be selected based upon a combination of quality of product, warranties and availability of product. Bidders are placed on notice that this is a competitive process and cost is an important factor. The scope of work indicates minimum requirements which must be adhered to. The successful bidder must comply with all Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses, be compliant under all related federal statutory requirements and regulations, and provide evidence of licenses/certificates/insurance as required for doing business in the State of Indiana.
