- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Philadelphia (FISC) Detachment Philadelphia Division, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of TDS1002B Oscilloscope for a total of 152 each. The proposed acquisition will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of the test program for commercial items FAR PART 13.5. The place of delivery will be Annapolis, MD. The Government intends to award a contract to the low price technical acceptable offer. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns who qualify under NAICS Code 334515, and the small business standard is 500. The RFQ shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. The RFQ will be made available electronically, upon release, at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
