- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and sueprvision requried to retube Boiler 3, Building 15 at USCG Yard Baltimore, MD The NAICS for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland (Attn: Ms. Komer) no later than COB 05/07/10. The information shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at pamela.m.komer@uscg.mil. When responding by email, please indicated "SOURCES SOUGHT 10-3YD209" in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in your response being lost. DO NOT SEND BUSINESS INFORM EXCEPT FOR WHAT IS REQUESTED. NO TELEPHONE, WRITTEN NOTIFICATIONS OR REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS will be honored. When available, the resultant pre-solicitation notice and solicitation will be posted at this website. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not tobe construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
