- The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION VOUCHERS USEABLE ON MBTA SYSTEMS. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-10-00076 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-31, dated 19-MAR-2009. Delivery to Boston Regional Census Center. Acceptance at same location. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vender registration form. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52-212-2, Evalutions-Commerical Items, 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items, 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, 52-214-20, Bid Samples (Apr. 2002), and 52-225-1, Buy American Act Supplies (June 2003). Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location in your bid price. Bids are due by 4:00 PM, MAY 07, 2010.
