- The Air Force intends to purchase the following requirements: Noun: Cable, Side Connector to USB for JEM PCCT, NSN 5995-01-565-7851SJ P/N 1100592-501 Basic Quantity of 200 each, four option years with range of 1-300 each. Delivery of 90 days ARO. Also Noun: Configuration Toolkit for JEM Radios, NSN: 5995-01-565-7847IY P/N MA6941NPC Basic Quantity of 100 each, four option years with range of 1-150 each. Delivery of 90 ARO. The Government does not own the data for this requirement. The only source that can provide this requirement is THALES COMMUNICATIONS, INC. 22605 GATEWAY CENTER DR, CLARKSBURG MD 20871-2001. No other substitution will fulfill the governments need for this requirement. See synopsis Note number 2
