Description
The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest for a new lease. The proposed lease shall be located within the following area of delineation: North - Route 52 South - Route 8 East - Route 15 West - Route 163 and Route 805 The Government requires 9,881 ANSI/BOMA office and related space. The office area must be on a contiguous floor. On-site reserved parking spaces for 2 official government vehicles shall be provided, with an additional 30 unreserved parking spaces for employees. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully-serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space needs to be ready for occupancy by September 1, 2011. Property located within a base floodplain (100 year floodplain) or wetland will not be considered. The offered space must meet Government requirements for LEED Silver, GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
