Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92244-10-T-0154. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) has a requirement to procure Helmet-mount systems. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The anticipated award date is on or about 22 May 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40 effective 22 April 2010. This procurement is 100 % small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 339999 with a standard business size of 500 employees. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this procurement is DO-C9. This procurement is a brand name (Ops-Core) or equal. If quoting equal, please submit specifications with the quote.
