This project will provide an upgrade to the existing BIOMED office space located in Building 652. This project will provide Mather BIOMED renovation and extend existing Mezzanine for building 652. The renovated area will house the BIOMED offices and LMS offices. The expansion will include three additional office spaces, stairway, hall expansion, new chaining fences for storage area at the Mather Warehouse. The NAICS Code for this construction project is 238990 with Small Business Size Standard of $14 million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
