Description
Senior Corps Statement of Work Online Volunteer Recruitment and Management System Service Term: September 2010 - September 2015 Tasks I. Website and Branding Maintenance Task 1: Search Appliance • · The Contractor will maintain branded presentation of Senior Corps Aggregated Data and a subset of Contractor's Aggregated Data (55+ opportunities in the network) within http://getinvolved.volunteermatch.org or designated CNCS website. II. Account Services Task 2: Volunteer Recruitment Solution, for Grantees The Contractor will provide high level services to all Senior Corps grantees annually on Contractor's network, including: posting volunteer opportunities, tracking, reporting, notification alerts, enhanced listings, custom question manager, greetings manager, monthly account summaries, photo manager, documents manager, listing duplications and exporting features. Task 3: Volunteer Matching Solution, for Volunteers • · The Contractor will provide each registered Volunteer within Senior Corps with the full-suite of Volunteer tools, including: individual accounts, password, opportunity alert email, referral history, volunteer resume, group invite. Task 4: Project Manager The Contractor will provide a Client Relations Manager (CRM) who will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing support of the Senior Corps, Contractor relationship. III. Data Management Task 5: Data Administration and Maintenance The Contractor will maintain the functionality of the current data feed to the All For Good data Aggregator, or in the absence of All For Good any other search engine/data Aggregator designated by the Corporation for National and Community Service, to include a unique, Senior Corps Branded Feed of Senior Corps opportunities. The feed will be in the XML script format prescribed by All For Good, or the designated search engine/data Aggregator, as directed. The feed will include Senior Corps Aggregated Data. The Contractor will provide continuing data Maintenance regarding the data feeds. Contractor will not be responsible for any maintenance and/or data availability obligations of the Aggregators. Title to Senior Corps Aggregated Data is retained by the Corporation for National and Community Service, per contract Clause 1 52.212-07 Contract Terms And Conditions - Commercial Items at all times. In the event of contract termination, Contractor will immediately provide any and all Senior Corps Aggregated Data that may be in its possession. IV. Training & Support Task 6: Online Training, Support & Help Desk The Contractor will provide access to Help Desk support - phone and email - to Senior Corps Grantees and individual volunteers. Task 7: Trainings and Webinars • · o The Contractor will provide quarterly on-line training sessions for Senior Corps Grantees to become familiar with their account tools. The Contractor will provide quarterly on-line training sessions for Senior Corps Grantees to become familiar with and will also combine tips and tricks and recruitment strategies into the training sessions, for a more advanced online-training for grantees. Task 8: Develop Training for CNCS National Conference or Designated Equivalent Contractor will provide a custom training for grantees at the annual National Conference on Volunteering and Service designed to focus on training on older adult volunteer recruitment strategies and best practices. The training design and materials will be appropriate for use in online training and/or resources for the entire Senior Corps network after the conference. V. Capabilities Required • · As a federal agency, the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) is subject to and complies with the security requirements of the Federal Information Security and Management Act (FISMA). The Contractor shall ensure that services and products provided under a contract resulting from this solicitation shall comply with the Corporation's information security program and privacy program policies, and Contractor Security Requirements available at http://www.nationalservice.gov/home/security_and_privacy_policy/index.asp VI. Additional Definitions applicable to this SOW •· "Aggregator" means any third party designated by the Corporation for National and Community Service for the purposes of collecting, organizing, and displaying the Senior Corps Aggregated Data, as well as any other data provided by other organizations. Aggregator may include, but not limited to, All For Good. •· "Data Feed" means the provision by Contractor of listings for volunteer opportunities, which may include listings provided by several organizations, including but not limited to the Corporation for National and Community Service, such listings to be displayed solely in response to a search query originating from (i) an Aggregator specifically designated by the Corporation for National and Community Service, and/or (ii) www.getinvolved.gov. •· "Maintenance" means Contractor's obligation of maintaining a Data Feed, including the obligation that such feed will be functional and accessible, except during Contractor's scheduled downtime. Maintenance, for the purposes of this agreement, does not include verification of accuracy, editing and/or management of the listings themselves. Contractor is not responsible for any maintenance or availability obligations of the Aggregators. •· "Senior Corps Aggregated Data" means all opportunity listings associated with grantee organizations designated by the Senior Corp and included in the feed. •· "Senior Corps Branded Feed" means a data feed where each opportunity in such feed directs users to the http://getinvolved.volunteermatch.org website. •· "Contractor Aggregated Data" means opportunity listings by other organizations, not related to Senior Corp, provided by Contractor and included in the feed.
