- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 20,000 to 25,000 square feet of ANSI/BOMA existing office space and 80 reserved parking spaces for occupancy in the vicinity of the San Francisco International Airport, South San Francisco, CA. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: Starting at the Southeasterly point being Route 101 and Millbrae Ave. Go southwesterly to 82-El Camino Real and go north to Chestnut Ave and make a right. Follow to Hillside Boulevard and make a right on Hillside Boulevard. Follow along Sister Cities/Oyster Point Boulevard (both sides of Hillside/Sister Cities/Oyster Point Blvd. are part of the delineated area) to Route 101 north bound. Follow Route 101 north to Sierra Point Parkway and include both sides of Marina Boulevard. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage, Rental rate and Common Area Factor and Building Floor plans CCR Requirement – Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR web site at http://ccr.gov.
