- SYNOPSIS Project Name: INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) PLUMBING SERVICES - UMPQUA NATIONAL FOREST AND WOLF CREEK JOB CORPS CENTER Description: This procurement may result in the award of multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts for Plumbing services on the Umpqua National Forest and Wolf Creek Job Corps Center. Plumbing services may include repair and maintenance of existing plumbing systems; and the replacement of existing and installation of new plumbing. Contract will be awarded for a Base Year with two (2) possible Option Year periods. One or more contracts may be awarded for Plumbing services to accomplish specified work tasks in the geographic area indicated in Southwest Oregon. The work will be for a broad range of facilities including, but not limited to, administrative, residential, recreation buildings, vehicle fueling stations, workshop and maintenance facilities, nursery facilities, lookouts and other infrastructure. The proposing contractor(s) will be evaluated based on quoted price and other evaluation criteria and will be selected on a “Best Value” basis. The Umpqua National Forest and Wolf Creek Jobs Corps Center have a variety of support facilities. These facilities support all Forest missions for public users and agency staff. Maintenance and replacement of these systems is required on a regular basis for approximately 250 Administrative units and 220 Recreation units. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 06/10/2010. A bid bond of 20 percent is required. A payment bond (100 percent) and a performance bond (100 percent) will be required for each task order awarded over $30,000. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
