- Amendment No. 0001 with Q&A and extension of proposal due date to 05/27/2010. Many of the United States Courts throughout the United States and its territories are in the process of upgrading/building courtrooms to accommodate current courtroom technologies. These technologies consist principally of voice reinforcement (audio) and video systems (evidence presentation and video conferencing), and related electronic technologies. This solicitation will result in the award of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the acquisition of courtroom technologies equipment, installation, integration, training, warranty services, and maintenance services. Solicitations for individual projects and subsequent BPA calls will be issued by Contracting Officers throughout the judiciary. Each will contain the Government's design specifications which will contain specific make and model solutions for the required equipment.
