- Description
- DESC: Solicitation SP0600-10-R-0033-0002 is a supplemental bulk fuel requirement for JP5 fuel in the Atlantic, Europe, and Mediterranean (AEM) regions, and it is tied to the Basic Solicitation SP0600-10-R-0033. Overseas Bulk Procurement under the AEM Purchase Program for Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5), NSN: 9130-00-273-2379, specification MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004, quantity 19,740,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1d. The delivery period for the above items under Purchase Program 1.1d is from Date of Award through June 30, 2011, plus a 30-day carry-over period. This supplemental solicitation will be available only on the World Wide Web at FedBizOps website, http://www.fbo.gov, and the DESC website, http://www.desc.dla.mil, on or about May 20, 2010. Please be advised that a hard copy of the solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC Bid Custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers are authorized via BulkFuelsBidCustodian@dla.mil. Facsimile offers are authorized via 703-767-0488. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
