Description

Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to procure Upgrade Services of Hewlett Packard (HP) Tester, from the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Agilent Technologies, Inc., 9780 S. Meridian Blvd, Englewood, CO 80112-5910,under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This proposed acquisition will cover the following: NSN: 6625PHP3075/20, P/N E9900A to a higher configuration. Required deliver is Jun, 2010. The Air Force does not own or have complete data to compete this requirement. The lack of complete specifications, schematics/drawings and part list prohibits the use of full and opencompetition procedures. Fed Biz Ops Numbered Note 22 applies and is modified to read: 22. The Government intends to make an award by May 21, 2010. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within seven (07) days of this publication. Those firms interested must indicate whether they are a large, small or disadvantaged business and whether they are a U.S. or foreign owned.
