- This is a Pre-solicitation. The items are being considered for addition the corporate contract SPM400-04-D-9416 with Rolls-Royce, plc (Cage K0378). This is a is requirements-type contract with consists of only sole source items. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the items are not available and cannot be provided by the Government. However Qualification requirements have been established for these items. The items are managed by Defense Supply center Columbus, Defense Supply Center Richmond, and Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. To obtain a list of the items or if a company is interested in becoming an approved on any of the items please contact Jean T.
