- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-10-RP-0207 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish 800 blank upright marble headstones to the National Cemeteries of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA 15017. Performance period is 30 calendar days after contract award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemetery within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of contract award. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around May 21, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., June 7, 2010. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
