Description

Solicitation SB1341-10-RQ-0188 - Health IT HIPAA Security Content Automation RECOVERY - This acquisition will be funded in whole or in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. As indicated in the Pre-solicitation notice of April 21, 2010 for the Health Information Technology (HIT) HIPAA Security Content Automation project, the solicitation is now available and attached to this notice. Please be advised that the solicitation number now reads "SB1341-10-RQ-1088" in lieu of the number indicated in the heading of this notice. Please ensure that all correspondence and proposals reflect the new solicitation number SB1341-10-RQ-1088. Due date for proposals is 4.00 p.m. on June 7, 2010. How to obtain Solicitation and Amendments: Potential Offerors will be responsible for obtaining the Solicitation and related Amendment (s) if any, from www.fbo.gov after the Solicitation has been posted. It is, and will continue to be the responsibility of each potential Offeror to monitor www.fbo.gov for any amendment (s), or other information related to the Solicitation. The Government will not be maintaining a mailing list, any communications regarding the Solicitation may only be submitted by e-mail, and should identify the Solicitation number, company name and address, as well as point-of-contact, e-mail address and telephone number. Requirement for active registration in CCR: Each Offeror must have an active registration at www.ccr.gov to be eligible to receive an award under this acquisition.
