Description

RFQ-TCC-10-00017 Eventus Software License The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), intends to acquire brand name or equal Eventus software license for Wharton Research Data Service (WRDS) and Windows. Question pertaining to this Solicitation shall be submitted no later than May 11, 2010, at 12:00pm ET. Responses and Questions to this request can be emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov - Attention PWhite-MG, re: Eventus Software License. It is the Offerors responsibility to ensure proposals are received in a timely matter. Offerors proposing an "or equal" shall explain what makes your product an or equal. Provide a product description that identifies the specifications, characteristics, and capabilities of your product and clearly demonstrate how they are equal to or better then the brand name provided. If your product is considered in the competitive range, based on the fact that the written documentation clearly shows it is equal, you may be asked to provide a fully licensed copy for the government to test. Anyone asked to supply a licensed copy and not selected, will have their copy returned and it will be removed from the government operating system it was installed on
