- Expressions of Interest Sought in Danbury CT Requirement: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 500 to 550 contiguous usable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield approximately 550 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 10 years, 5 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by November 2010. The delineated area is within the central business district of Danbury CT. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OSAF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any including the amortization rate. 4. Date of space availability 5. Method of rentable space measurement. 6. Building ownership information. 7. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). 8. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. 9. List of building services provided.
