- ITEM 0001: NSN 6625-01-245-5132 RH, Part Number IAW PD10WRGBGBEC, Network Analyzer provides basic network analysis in a wide range of applications (i.e. wireless communication, cable TV, automotive, education, etc). Network analyzers should operate in a frequency range of 500 KHz to 1.3 GHz with 50 Ω test port impedance. Should include fault isolation software, calibration kits, test cables and adapters. Requirement is for 5 EACH. ITEM 0002: Calibration Certificate IAW Attached DD1423, A001. Requirement is for 1 LOT. ITEM 0003: Technical Manuals IAW Attached DD1423, A002. Also included, 2 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365 days, 1-2 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-2 each. Materials: Electronic. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery: FE3010, two (2) each, FE2500, one (1) each, FE4877, one (1) each, FE6562, one (1) each. Due 150 days ARO of Contract; ITEM 0002: Place of delivery IAW 1423, one (1) Lot each, Due 120 days ARO of Contract. ITEM 0003: Place of delivery IAW 1423, one (1) Lot each, Due 120 days ARO of Contract. Delivery of options is 150 days after exercise of option. Location to be determined. Data/Drawings will be available when RFQ is posted. The approximate RFQ issue date will be 24 May 2010; quotes are due 25 June 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions regarding the RFQ and /or the data packages must be submitted in writing to Pamela.Miller@robins.af.mil with copy to Tara.Odom@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of quotation. Anticipated award date is 30 July 2010.
