- Offerors are hereby invited to review and respond to this Request for Offer - Screening Information Request (SIR). As part of the evaluation process for this competitive procurement, Offerors must be GSA Schedule 70 contract holders. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contemplates award of an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity fixed price contract to purchase IT Hardware for its headquarters and regional offices as well as its field facilities. This award will be made in accordance with the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS). The period of performance of the contract will be a total of five (5) years should all options be exercised. The Base period will be twelve (12) months, and is followed by four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The total estimated potential value of contact is $425 million. Questions regarding SIR must be provided electronically to the Contracting Officer Sharonda Holmes at (Sharonda.Holmes@faa.gov) with a courtesy copy to the Contract Specialist Tye White at (Tye.L.White@faa.gov) by 12pm Eastern Daylight Time on May 17, 2010.
