- Description
- This is a SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service, National Mall and Memorial Parks has a requirement to provide Basic Life Support (BLS) vehicles, labor, equipment and supplies for care and transport of visitors and/or employees with serious medical conditions for Special Events on the National Mall during the calendar year. Provider must be certified by DC Fire Emergency Medical Service. Due to space limitations, the complete commercial item specifications are contained in the RFQ Number Q3400100132. This solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation document, attachments, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. RFQ will be released on or before May 12, 2010. Interested contractors should download the solicitation with all attachments. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621910 with $7.0 Million. All quotes shall be submitted as an email or original for receipt no later than 4:00 p.m., ET, May 24, 2010, and be clearly marked with Request for Quotation Number Q3400100132. Offerors are hereby notified that if your quotation is not received by the date and time and location specified in this announcement that it will be considered late.
