- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Since this is a Source Sought Notice, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. Marine Corps Logistics Command, Maintenance Center, Albany, Georgia has a requirement for an "A40 Minimizer Distillation System". The Government is seeking sources for the purpose of solicitation and ultimately to award a contract for this procurement. Interesting sources should email the contact named above in order to be placed on the bidders list and request the solicitation. The Government requires the contractor to:.each, SOLVENT Minimizer A-40 (40 Gal) Distillation Reclaim System, to include installation and operator training. See Statement of requirements for all additional required details..Comparable to Previous Manufacturer ChemChamp's A40 Industrial Solvent Recyclers System All contractors who provide goods and or services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). Any forthcoming solicitation will require online certifications and representations (OCRA), http://orca.bpn.gov. Failure to comply with ORCA registration may make the offerors ineligible for award. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include a brief description of the how the contractors will best meet the needs of the government. Firms should include literature, brochures, and capabilities summaries directly addressing their ability to meet the aforementioned needs. Firms are to state their business size, NAICS Code, and identify a corporate point of contact. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by submitting data for the item and their capability to provide the unit upon request no later than close of business 4:00 PM EST, 19 May 2010 to Marines Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department, email oronde.dominique@usmc.mil. Questions may be submitted in writing via email to oronde.dominique@usmc.mil. This cutoff for questions is 4:00 PM EST, 14 May 2010.
