- Statement of Work Attachment 2 The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from firms cable of providing the digital dental system cited below. The Defense Supply Center Phila. will not pay for any information received or cost incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor expense. This market survey is not a request for proposal (RFP). This is a "Sources Sought" notice only. The anticipated RFP issue date is June 2010. The anticipated contract award will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The delivery schedule will be cited in the RFP. The acquisition will utilize the procedures of FAR 12.603 and FAR 13.5. Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) has a requirement for the upgrade of Air National Guard (ANG) dental clinics with digital dental technology. The successful vendor will upgrade approximately 65 ANG sites throughout the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) to include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The ANG requires a Digital Dental Radiography System (DDRS) designed to provide ANG dental personnel with the ability to acquire, manipulate; print, share and store digitized dental images. Additionally, the DDRS is required to offer a means of data communication between the Air Force (AF) network and ANG sites that allows the transfer of patient data and radiologic images in a secure fashion that meets AF DoD standards (see section IV - Network Security). Further, all sites need to be linked to the ANG DDRS archive site which will be located at McConnell AFB, KS.
