Description

FISCN Portsmouth Annex, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via full and open competition, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for the procurement of 1 First Article and 10 Each HF Chin Array Outboard Pressure-Proof Fiber Optic Cable Assemblies manufactured in accordance IAW MIL-PRF-85045/21-01, NAVSEA Drawing 802-6337554B and NGC Drawing 1G05971, QA Level 3, with DD-1423 Data Requirements. The contractor must have an approved/current DD2345, Military Technical Data Agreement. Instructions, specifications and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, N00189-10-R-P314, shall be posted on or about 25 May 2010 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 335921 with a small business standard of 1000 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Lack of current registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information may be obtained via the internet at www.ccr.gov or via telephone at 888-227-2423.
