- This notice is for information purposes only. This is an opportunity where an exception to fair opportunity requirements is approved in accordance with Statutory Authority FAR 6.302-5(4). This opportunity is available only to Keith Contacting, LLC, an 8A business certified by the Small Business Administration. The work includes construction of a gate and fish screen structure at the entrance of an existing pump station, including site work, sheet pile installation, gate structure, portable pump, pipe, and incidental related work. This work is located at the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Two Rivers National Wildlife Refuge, Lowe Swan Lake Lower Compartment Pump Station, Calhoun County, Illinois.
